What You Should Know about This Webquest
Who? This Webquest is designed for high school students who have already been introduced to the concept of literary devices.
When? This depends on how extensive the teacher wishes the students' projects to be. Generally this Webquest could occupy students for 1-3 class periods.
How? This Webquest can be completed by students who have access to computers, Chromebooks, or iPads.
Other Info: The reflection is a Word template that students can download and fill out individually. If the teacher uses this form, he or she needs to specify how students should submit it.
The teacher should also specify how students should submit their master copy of the annotated Poe work.
LA 10.1.5.d Use semantic relationships (e.g., figurative language, connotations, technical and multiple-meaning words) to analyze the impact of specific word choices on meaning and tone, aid in comprehension, and improve writing.
